Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales across online (Shopify, Instagram, Meta Ads, inbound leads) channels. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, furniture product knowledge, and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships. This is a full time work from office job in Gurgaon. Engage with prospective customers (via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify inquiries) and convert leads into sales. Guide customers through customization options (wood types, polish shades, upholstery fabrics, storage mechanisms, rattan detailing, etc.).Maintain detailed product knowledge to confidently address client queries on dimensions, durability, and design options. Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customization accuracy. Generate new business through interior designers, architects, builders, and real estate partnerships. Maintain a CRM/database of leads, track conversions, and prepare sales reports. Upsell and cross-sell furniture categories to maximize order value. Support marketing campaigns by providing customer insights and feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in furniture, interior design, or luxury retail sales . Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to build trust with clients. Passion for design, furniture, and home interiors. Proficiency in using digital tools – Shopify, Instagram, WhatsApp Business,MS Office/Google Sheets. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with both B2C and B2B sales. Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment with accountability.
