l Engage with prospective customers (via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify inquiries) and convert leads into sales.
l Maintain detailed product knowledge to confidently address client queries on dimensions, durability, and design options.
l Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customization accuracy.
l Generate new business through interior designers, architects, builders, and real estate partnerships.
l Maintain a CRM/database of leads, track conversions, and prepare sales reports.
l Upsell and cross-sell furniture categories to maximize order value.
Support marketing campaigns by providing customer insights and feedback.
l Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
l Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to build trust with clients.
l Passion for design, furniture, and home interiors.
l Proficiency in using digital tools – Shopify, Instagram, WhatsApp Business,MS Office/Google Sheets.
l Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with both B2C and B2B sales.
Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment with accountability.
