Global Tenders Services is an international information-based company. We operate an online platform where we collect and publish tender, project, and procurement information from across the world. We offer annual subscription plans of our website to global business owners and entrepreneurs.

About the Role

The position offered is International Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include:

• Handling outbound system calls to prospects who have already shown interest in our website

(100% genuine and warm leads — no random calling)

• Inviting prospects to a virtual video meeting, sharing your screen, and explaining the website features
• Demonstrating how subscribers receive automatic tender/project alerts related to their business
• Explaining platform benefits, tools, and subscription value
• Assisting prospects in choosing a suitable yearly subscription plan

Work Culture & Support

• This is not telecalling or BPO work
• Monthly targets exist, but there is no pressure environment
• Full support and training provided by Team Leaders and Managers during the first 6 months (probation period)
• Appraisals are given every 6 months, not yearly
• Birthday gift vouchers of ₹500–₹1000
• Salary increments every 6 months based on performance

Working Hours & Benefits

• Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (fixed shift — no extra hours)

We work with Asian clients, so work never goes beyond shift timing.

• Breaks:
• Lunch: 1:20 PM to 2:00 PM
• Tea: 4:40 PM to 5:00 PM
• Weekly Offs:
• Sunday fixed off
• 2 alternate Saturdays off (1st & 3rd or 2nd & 4th depending on department)
• 11 mandatory Indian holidays
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month

(Based on interview performance, communication skills, and interpersonal skills)

• SIM Card Provided:

For business calls; calls can be made through mobile or system

• Pune Branch: 20+ employees
