Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your role involves promoting and selling products to potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities include identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets to contribute to revenue growth. You will be expected to achieve sales objectives, oversee team performance, liaise with clients, and address inquiries promptly. Additionally, compiling sales reports, evaluating market trends, and providing support in training and mentoring the sales team are essential tasks. Generating leads, following up with potential clients, and assisting in the onboarding and ongoing development of the sales staff are also key aspects of your role. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing across various sectors - Successful track record in meeting sales targets and managing teams - Leadership abilities to steer the team towards business objectives - Strong interpersonal and communication skills The compensation package for this position includes performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, yearly bonuses, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick leave, and Provident Fund benefits.
