Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include prospecting for leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will require close collaboration with the marketing and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and to optimize sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

- Engage and assist leads generated from Instagram, social media, and other online channels.

- Organize product demos, prepare and provide quotations, and coordinate site visits to showcase our offerings.

- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Explore cross-selling opportunities in our sister companies, specializing in Airbnb services and e-learning solutions, to maximize earnings.


Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (must be very good – both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages is a strong plus.
  • Freshers, sales trainees, and experienced candidates are all welcome to apply! Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic beginners.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented role with incentives tied to performance.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and account management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • *Stipend/Salary:*  
  • Freshers and Trainees: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month.  
  •  Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
