Understand customer needs and recommend suitable KTM bikes
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of KTM products, variants, and market trends.
Follow up with potential leads, inquiries, and previous customers.
Maintain a customer database and ensure excellent after-sales follow-up and service.
Process customer documentation, registration, and delivery coordination>
