Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
Manage existing client accounts and maintain long-term business relationships
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product information
Coordinate with internal departments (production, operations, logistics, QA) for timely order execution
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and provide updates on deliveries, documentation, and service
Maintain detailed sales reports and update CRM or internal records
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally

Preferred candidate profile:-

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
Minimum 35 years of experience in Sales (preferably in manufacturing, chemicals, nicotine, pharma, or related industries)
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel for client visits, audits, and events
High sense of responsibility, discipline, and result orientation
Candidates from
