Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. Generate and follow up on leads through telecalling and emails. Conduct client visits for presentations and discussions related to RIM services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions. Meet monthly sales targets and prepare regular reports on sales performance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM. Experience: 1 to 3 years in B2B sales; preference will be given to candidates from Records & Information Management, Logistics, Facility Management, or similar service industries. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with both telecalling and on-field sales activities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office will be an added advantage. Own conveyance preferred for local travel.
