Sales Executive

Job Description:

Star Worldwide Group is a globally recognized name in international relocation, fine arts logistics, and commercial moving services. We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop & implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure targets are met
  • Assist in crafting compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Sell our full suite of services: Fine Arts logistics, Household Goods, Office Moving, Corporate Relocation
  • Keep up with the latest in the relocation/logistics industry
  • Analyze lost sales, customer accounts & generate timely sales reports
  • Forecast sales (monthly/quarterly/annual) and develop pricing schedules
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Formulate and implement sales policies and procedures
  • Participate in industry events, conventions, and trade meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Oversee and coordinate the move process end-to-end
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Proven experience in planning and executing sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of the relocation/logistics/service industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Strong data analysis and market research capabilities
  • Minimum 3.5 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Candidates from logistics/service/relocation industries will be given preference
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
