Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM. Generating and conducting site visits of interested clients to relevant properties. Managing negotiations with buyers and ensuring deal closures. Achieving prospective site visits every week. Qualifications 1 year of experience in sales in any industry. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success. Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills Compensation, Perks and Benefits Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance. Goal based auto-appraisals and promotion in every 3 months, with 10% hike on each goal crossed. Show more Show less
