Job Title: Sales Executive – Furniture Sales (B2B)
Department: Sales

Job Summary:

Responsible for generating B2B furniture sales by identifying potential clients (corporates, architects, interior designers), managing the sales cycle, and ensuring consistent business growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B clients for office and modular furniture sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, project consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable furniture solutions from the company’s range.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.
  • Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure timely payment collections from clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design).
  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture or interior products.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle objections effectively.
  • Good understanding of furniture product specifications and basic design terminologies (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Number of new B2B clients acquired.
  • Conversion rate of leads to orders.
  • Timely collection of payments.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
