Job Description

We are looking for field marketing professionals who believe in execution, not excuses.
This is a pure on-ground role involving visits, product demos, lead collection, and conversions.
You will receive clear instructions on what to do and where to go — your job is to execute fast and deliver results.

No digital marketing. No over-analysis. Just real people, real places, real outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned areas daily (institutions, businesses, retail outlets, etc.).
• Promote company products/services using provided material.
• Generate leads and close potential deals.
• Submit daily reports (photos + leads) via WhatsApp/Google Sheets.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales/lead targets.
• Maintain professional behavior and punctuality in all visits.

Requirements

• Confident, street-smart, and self-driven personality.
• Strong communication in English and local language.
• Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided).
• Must be comfortable visiting 20–30 locations daily.
• Should have a smartphone and internet access.
• No time wasters, no theorists — only result-oriented doers.

Compensation

• ₹10,000–₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Plus incentives for each successful lead or sale
• Weekly or bi-weekly performance payouts

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
