Job Summary:

Sales Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their technical and operational requirements.
  • Promote and sell capital equipment solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare technical proposals, product presentations, and commercial quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams for project customization.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and attend industry exhibitions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve sales targets and report market trends, competition, and feedback.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

     in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience

     in 

    capital equipment or heavy machinery sales

    .
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial machines, equipment performance, and customer applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
