Job Description

Generate leads through field visits, farmer meetings, RDO/ADO interactions, and participation in demo activities.
Meet sales targets for tractors and implements in the assigned territory.
Identify potential customers and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of Mahindra tractors and related products.
Conduct product demonstrations in farms, villages, exhibitions, and events.
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up for enquiries, finance, and delivery.
Coordinate with the finance team for loan processing and documentation.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, schemes, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely completion of documentation at the time of booking and delivery.
Maintain daily MIS reports and update customer follow-up activities.
Support after-sales service coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote dealer schemes, offers, and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 0–3 years in tractor / farm machinery / automobile sales (Freshers can also apply)
Language: Local language fluency must; Basic English preferred
License: Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
