Roles of a Marketing Executive Lead Generator – Identify and generate quality leads for tractor sales. Brand Promoter – Promote Mahindra Tractors, implements, and services in the assigned territory. Market Analyst – Understand local farming trends, competitors, and customer needs. Customer Connector – Act as a link between farmers, rural markets, and the dealership. Event Coordinator – Plan and execute field activities, demos, and campaigns to boost visibility. Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive1. Market Development Conduct village surveys to identify potential tractor buyers. Promote dealership offerings in nearby villages through campaigns. Identify and onboard new influencers (progressive farmers, contractors, village heads). 2. Sales Support Generate leads and hand them over to the sales team for conversion. Support sales executives during customer interactions, demos, and negotiations. Promote tractor attachments, implements, and accessories. 3. Marketing Activities Plan and execute roadshows, tractor demonstrations, van campaigns, and farmer meets . Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and product information in rural areas. Assist in digital marketing (WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages, farmer groups). 4. Customer Relationship Maintain regular contact with farmers, contractors, and opinion leaders. Follow up with potential customers until conversion. Maintain a record of inquiries and customer touchpoints. 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily activity report (DAR) and submit to the Marketing Manager / GM. Share competitor activity updates (pricing, schemes, local promotions). Coordinate with the CRO for customer engagement activities.
