We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team and serve as the face of our brand within the two-wheeler industry focusing on Royal Enfield. Your primary role will involve promoting and selling two-wheelers, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of sales. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, aiding them in selecting the most suitable two-wheeler based on their requirements, offering detailed product information such as features and specifications, achieving and surpassing monthly sales objectives, establishing and nurturing strong customer connections to encourage repeat business and referrals, as well as extending post-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess prior sales experience, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with others. Knowledge of two-wheeler products and industry trends would be advantageous.
