Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive for our plywood and related products in Sitamarhi, your role involves developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Promoting plywood products to dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers. - Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. - Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities. - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase repeat business. - Visiting retailers, wholesalers, construction sites, and project developers for business development. - Coordinating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands. - Preparing and maintaining marketing reports and customer databases. - Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events. - Providing feedback on market trends, competition, and customer preferences. To excel in this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Prior experience in plywood, laminates, building materials, or hardware industry preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. - Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be a plus. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Must have your own bike and license.
