We are seeking a motivated, persuasive, and driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Nirvaana Hills, a 200~ acre sustainable farmhouse community set amidst forests and hills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential buyers, and converting prospects into sales, while communicating the unique lifestyle Nirvaana offers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Call and connect with potential clients from a provided database
• Pitch Nirvaana Hills as a lifestyle and land investment opportunity
• Understand client preferences and guide them through the sales process
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested prospects
• Conduct guided walk through and explain project highlights farm benefits, amenities, pricing, clubhouse features, and nature-integrated living
• Build strong client relationships based on trust and transparent communication
• Maintain lead status, feedback, and updates on CRM software
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead follow-up and campaign conversion
• Tailor your pitch based on client types HNIs, professionals, NRIs, nature lovers
• Support documentation and deal closure with internal team coordination
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate or high-involvement sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Whats App Business, and sales tracking platforms
Preferred Traits:
• Experience in selling plotted developments, land, or premium lifestyle products
• Familiarity with the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market
• High energy, confidence, and goal-driven mindset
• Interest in sustainable living, wellness communities, or nature retreats is a big plus
