Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and marketing initiatives.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1 - 5 years of sales experience in Real Estate (Residential/Commercial).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
