Role & responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Schedule meetings and maintain calendars. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
