Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Executive, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing front desk responsibilities, handling receptionist duties, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders. The individual will provide exceptional customer service, manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and ensure a welcoming office environment. The role also requires maintaining records, answering queries, and assisting in administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties and performing Front Office operations
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and helpful experience for all stakeholders
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing schedules and office workflows
• Confidence in phone and in-person communication, and handling visitors professionally
• Proficiency in MS Office tools is a plus
• Relevant experience in front office management or similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background is preferred
