Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Sales Manager to expand our market reach and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling networking, servers, storage, backup, security, and other IT infrastructure solutions to both private and public sector organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: o Identify and pursue new business opportunities & Expand share of wallet in existing customer base. o Develop and execute sales plan to achieve revenue targets o Create territory coverage plan and execute the same for maximising reach. 2. Client Engagement: o Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stake holders and decision-makers in client organizations. o Create trusted advisor relationship with customer o Prepare and Present solution tailored to customer need along with presales team. 3. Collaboration: o Work closely with presales teams to customised solutioning for clients o Collaborate with ecosystem of OEM and Distributor to maximise reach and mindshare 4. Commercial Negotiations: o Navigate the commercial negotiation with client as well as ecosystem of OEM/Distributors to achieve desired profitability and cashflow. 5. Sales Discipline & Market Analysis: o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: o Proven track record in IT infrastructure sales/SI Sales o Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. o Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. o Experience in B2B and enterprise sales. o Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related field (preferred). For candidate with right experience and track record, education qualification is flexible.
