What We’re Looking For: We are in search of a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in sales, preferably within the ceramic industry. If you know the Morbi market and its ceramic ecosystem — that’s a big advantage! Key Skills & Strengths We Admire: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – you should be able to speak both business and trust. Persuasive & convincing abilities – from cold calls to warm closes, you're the kind who makes a mark. Strong in cold calling, lead generation & market follow-ups. Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Confident in presenting products with technical clarity and commercial value. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset. Strong negotiation skills and solution-oriented approach. Bonus Points If You: Have a solid network in the Morbi ceramic industry. Understand the unique buying patterns and decision-makers in the ceramic cluster. Have worked with kaolin, clay, or allied raw materials before. Responsibilities: Identify and approach new potential ceramic clients across Morbi. Build strategic connections and maintain rapport with existing customers. Present and promote Rio Clays’ product offerings tailored to client needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
