We are expanding our presence in modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce platforms, and are looking for passionate professionals to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive with strong knowledge of Modern Trade and E-commerce to drive our sales, manage key accounts, and build a strong distribution network. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling modern retail chains, supermarkets, and online marketplaces, with a focus on achieving sales targets and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales in modern trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, organized retail chains) and e-commerce platforms.
  • Build relationships with key accounts, distributors, and online partners.
  • Negotiate listings, promotions, and shelf space activations with modern trade outlets.
  • Manage product availability, visibility, and timely replenishment across channels.
  • Drive online sales growth by coordinating with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, etc.).
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement online and offline.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and share insights with the management team.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics, and production teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG / Food & Beverages industry, with exposure to modern trade & e-commerce.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital sales strategies, and order management.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.
