We are expanding our presence in modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce platforms , and are looking for passionate professionals to join our team. Job Description We are seeking a Sales Executive with strong knowledge of Modern Trade and E-commerce to drive our sales, manage key accounts, and build a strong distribution network. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling modern retail chains, supermarkets, and online marketplaces , with a focus on achieving sales targets and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales in modern trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, organized retail chains) and e-commerce platforms . Build relationships with key accounts, distributors, and online partners . Negotiate listings, promotions, and shelf space activations with modern trade outlets. Manage product availability, visibility, and timely replenishment across channels. Drive online sales growth by coordinating with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, etc.). Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement online and offline. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and share insights with the management team. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare sales reports. Coordinate with logistics, and production teams for smooth operations. Requirements 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG / Food & Beverages industry , with exposure to modern trade & e-commerce . Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital sales strategies, and order management. Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
