Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Experience - 1- 5 yrs

(Elevator Experience Candidates can Apply)

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve booking, values, margin target and good CRM updates.

• Accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers, the contact persons.

• Accountable for very precise and timely back reporting of the work done according to the
process.

• Responsible for regular update to reporting manager on all relevant information.
• Prospect new customers and develop existing customers.

• Develop business network with in developers, main contractors, influencers (consultants,
building designers, architects).

• Provide advice on Customized products and services, specifications and value engineering
possibilities, Product differentiation.

• Develop an accurate business pipeline, update timely, qualify projects in active portfolio with
high probability booking.

• Ensure pipeline volume to achieve booking target.

• Prepare business forecast monthly report with accuracy and take commitment for actual
bookings.

• Comply with Standard company procedures for big and major projects follow up.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or in any related core discipline.
• MBA(Marketing)will be an added advantage.
• Preferred Immediate Joiners.
• Aggressive and Proactive.
