Key Responsibilities (KRA)
• Handle client inquiries and understand their requirements in detail.
• Present project designs, layouts, and specifications to clients clearly.
• Coordinate and manage client site visits.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing professional guidance.
• Negotiate and finalize deals in alignment with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (architects, designers, and operations) for seamless project communication.
• Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and reporting.
Requirements
• Degree/diploma in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, client handling, or project coordination.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain design concepts to clients.
• Result-oriented with the ability to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
