Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Sector 63, Noida Experience : 1-2years Industry: Real Estate Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Lead Generation : Actively generate new sales leads and convert them into clients. Identify prospective buyers and assist them in finding properties that meet their needs. 2. Client Interaction : Build and maintain relationships with clients. Understand their requirements and present suitable real estate options to them. 3. Negotiation & Closing Deals : Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals effectively.( sales manager ) 4. Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, property values, competitor activities, and the latest projects to offer clients relevant and timely information. 5. Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the management. 6. Documentation & Follow-Up : Ensure that all necessary documentation for property sales is completed accurately. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure further business.(sales manager). 7. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and business growth. 8. Cold Calling and convert them into clients. 9. Follow up.
