Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Sector 63, Noida Experience : 1-2years Industry: Real Estate Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Lead Generation : Actively generate new sales leads and convert them into clients. Identify prospective buyers and assist them in finding properties that meet their needs. 2. Client Interaction : Build and maintain relationships with clients. Understand their requirements and present suitable real estate options to them. 3. Negotiation & Closing Deals : Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals effectively.( sales manager ) 4. Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the management. 6. Documentation & Follow-Up : Ensure that all necessary documentation for property sales is completed accurately.
