Sales Executive



Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries and provide detailed information about projects.
  • Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and highlight property features.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Comfortable with client-facing roles and fieldwork.
