Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (plus incentives)

Working Days: 6 Days a week

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in residential/commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Conduct site visits, explain project features, and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in real estate (residential/commercial).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of local real estate market.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
