Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:   Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.   Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.   Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.   Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.   Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.   Maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.   Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and outcomes.   Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.   Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, logistics, and support for smooth execution. Requirements:   Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (depending on industry).   Proven experience in sales or a similar role is a plus.   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.   Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.   Basic computer knowledge (Excel, emails, CRM usage).   Willingness to travel or work in the field (as required).
