Job Summary

We are seeking a competitive and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media

- Set up meetings with prospective clients and present products/services effectively

- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections professionally

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in B2B or B2C sales

- Familiarity with industry-specific products or services

- Multilingual abilities (especially Hindi and English for regional outreach)
