Raj Innotech Ltd., established in 2004, specializes in manufacturing, supplying, and exporting comprehensive water treatment projects, mineral water projects, juice projects, and carbonated soft drink turnkey projects. Based in Rajkot, Gujarat, the company operates a state-of-the-art advanced manufacturing unit under ISO 9001:2008 certification. It provides specialized rinsing, filling, capping, packaging, and labeling solutions for a variety of packaging types, including PET bottles, pouches, and glass. Recognized for their quality standards and customer satisfaction, Raj Water Technology proudly serves clients across India and internationally, including East Asia and South/West Europe.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Core responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to meet customer needs. The role also involves market research and staying updated on industry trends to develop effective sales strategies. Exceptional communication, relationship building, and sales skills are vital for this role.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development with the ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve targets.
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills to engage with clients effectively and maintain long-term partnerships.
Understanding of Market Research and Sales Trends to devise innovative strategies and adapt to industry dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Rajkot Area and willingness to travel when required for client meetings or trade shows.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in the water treatment, packaging, or beverage industry is a plus.
