Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Promote and sell holiday travel packages including tours, cruises, and vacation packages to potential customers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.

• Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

• Handle bookings involving flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, and internal departments for smooth travel arrangements.

• Stay informed about travel destinations, market trends, and competitors to provide accurate information and recommendations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and booking details.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and client meetings to enhance sales outreach.

• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients and partners as needed.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Educational background: Minimum of higher secondary (+2) or bachelor's degree preferably in tourism, business, marketing, or related fields.

• Experience: Ideally 6 months to 3 years in sales; experience in travel/tourism industry is a strong plus.

• Good Commands in English.
