Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated

Inside Sales Executive

to join our team. The role involves managing inbound/outbound leads, engaging with prospective clients/patients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful closures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries from leads.
Understand client/patient requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Follow up on leads generated through CRM campaigns (LeadSquared) and other sources.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM, ensuring proper tracking of the sales funnel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion ratios.
Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM teams for campaign feedback and lead nurturing.
Build strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
Share regular updates and reports on sales performance with management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (LeadSquared preferred) for lead tracking and follow-ups.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any field (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
6 months - 5 yrs of experience in Inside Sales/Tele-Sales/Customer Acquisition.
Experience in healthcare/wellness/ed-tech industries will be an added advantage.
