Job Description

Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Research and identify potential customers through various channels, develop new business opportunities, and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Cold Calling & Outreach:
Initiate contact with new prospects via calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate leads and drive engagement.

Client Follow-ups:
Engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide product information.

Sales Coordination:
Work closely with internal departments to provide machine layouts, printed samples, and technical inputs to facilitate the sales process.

Sample Management:
Coordinate with clients to collect samples required for machine trials and production validation.

Payment Follow-ups:
Ensure timely follow-up with clients for payment collection and resolve any related issues.

Client Communication:
Liaise with both domestic and international customers to ensure smooth communication and sales execution.

Sales Meetings:
Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior management to assess project requirements and advance sales discussions.

CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
