Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a background in real estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and online platforms
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Maintain relationships with clients before, during, and after the sales process
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all legal and documentation processes are complete
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and local area developments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM tools.
-Proven experience in real estate sales or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the local property market
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if field work is involved)
