Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a background in real estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and online platforms - Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients - Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options - Maintain relationships with clients before, during, and after the sales process - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all legal and documentation processes are complete - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and local area developments - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM tools.
