Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow sales by acquiring retail outlets, Kirana shops, supermarkets, and distributors.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers (retailers, distributors).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage order processing, follow-ups, delivery coordination, and payments.
• Conduct market / competitor research to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to retail staff.
• Collect market feedback, consumer insights, and report trends to management.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, marketing, or related field).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG / food products sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in local language (Malayalam / English) and ability to converse confidently with retailers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and good problem-solving ability.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
• Ability to travel across assigned territory frequently.
