Sales executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of website design, digital marketing, and branding, along with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for website development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, and IT solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and field visits.
• Maintain and grow the client pipeline with consistent follow-ups.

Sales & Consultation

• Understand client requirements and recommend the right services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure continuous business.
• Coordinate with the internal technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain client satisfaction through proactive updates and support.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and meeting logs.
• Provide weekly updates to the management team on progress and targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT sales (website design, digital marketing, branding services).
• Strong understanding of websites (WordPress, Web Development), SEO, digital marketing packages, and branding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions confidently.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in selling high-value website and marketing packages.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX, hosting services, and e-commerce will be an added advantage.
