Location: Sector-27, Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000

Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are seeking a Telecalling Sales Executive to engage with potential customers, introduce them to our spiritual products, and guide them through the purchasing process. This is a pre-sales role focused on handling inbound leads, addressing customer queries, and building strong relationships to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers to introduce and explain the benefits of Rudraksha and other spiritual products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their spiritual interests.
• Address queries regarding authenticity, usage, and significance of the products.
• Follow up with interested customers to nurture leads and encourage conversions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the sales database.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Basic knowledge of spiritual products, Rudraksha, or a willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is preferred.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Experience

• 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer engagement.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales are also welcome.
