Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven full-time Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. In this on-site role, you will actively engage with clients to promote and sell our range of corporate insurance policies. Responsibilities include building a strong client network, understanding client insurance needs, providing customized solutions, executing sales strategies, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Additionally, you will contribute to achieving sales targets and keep up with the latest industry trends and product updates to deliver the best services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation skills, and relationship management
  • Understanding of corporate insurance products such as property, liability, and employee benefits
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Client need analysis and ability to offer tailored insurance solutions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of market research and customer behavior
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or the insurance industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
