Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive who can represent the company in seminars, trade expos, and client meetings across different cities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, understand industrial products (plastic packaging, PPC, shrink wrap, labels, etc.), and be comfortable travelling to generate new clients and maintain relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend industry seminars, expos, and trade events across India to generate leads.Pitch and sell plastic packaging and PPC products to wholesalers, manufacturers, and industrial clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Conduct product presentations and negotiate pricing and deals.Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM entries, and follow up consistently.Coordinate with internal production, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.Meet monthly revenue targets and market expansion goals.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Based on experience + travel allowance.Sales Incentives on successful conversions.Hotel stay, , and seminar travel expenses covered.Growth opportunity into Regional Sales Manager.
