Sales Executive

Preferred printing and packaging and Corrugation Industry.

The B2B Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with existing clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and generating new opportunities. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and maintain continuous relationships with existing clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Generate new business opportunities from existing accounts.

Identify growth opportunities within the manufacturing, printing, and packaging sectors.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and innovative solutions to stay ahead.

Develop strategies to expand client base and maximize revenue.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.

Provide feedback from clients to improve processes and offerings.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales roles.

Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry,

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop innovative solutions.

Preferred Background

Experience in Manufacturing, Printing, Packaging, or related industries.

Familiarity with industrial sales cycles and client handling in B2B environments.

Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
