Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Actively generate and convert leads through cold calling, meetings, and online channels. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close sales. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Identify new business opportunities and market segments. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of proven sales experience (field or inside sales). Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets. Ability to handle client objections and convert leads effectively. Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools.
