Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s customer base. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities Visit clients, present products/services, and close sales Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports Collect market and competitor information Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Result-oriented with a proactive approach Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM) Willingness to travel as required Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) Designation: sales executive (Real Estate) Location: Nashik Experience : 3+ years Salary: 20000-25000 Industry- Real Estate Education: Mba in Marketing Joining Status: Immediately
