Role & responsibilities Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling on construction sites, networking OR social media. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirement and concerns. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure feasibility and performance of proposed solutions. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Participate in technical discussions and negotiations with clients. Create frequent reviews and reports of sales with management team. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or customer meetings. Negotiate/close order enquiries and complains. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their technical requirements. Preferred candidate profile Graduate degree holder of any stream Ability to analyze and understand product Good communication skill Excellent convincing skills Highly result oriented and motivated Should be capable of taking frequent follow up `
