Sales Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.
