Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors (e.g., agriculture, surveying, infrastructure, defense, etc.).
    • Build a pipeline through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored drone solutions, in accordance with company goals
    • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Sales Process Management:

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, keeping management in loop.
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research & Strategy:

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • CRM & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or ZOHO).
    • Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status and sales performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, electronics, aviation, or drone/UAV or service industry
  • Strong understanding of drone applications and market segments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and demonstrations.
  • Experience in selling high-tech or hardware solutions (e.g., drones, robotics, surveying equipment).
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes or industrial sectors like agriculture, defense, or infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with drone regulations (DGCA/FAA/etc.) is a bonus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in using CRM and digital sales tools.
