Key Responsibilities: Field Marketing: Conduct on-site visits to generate product awareness, promote sales, and strengthen OM Energy Solutions' brand presence. Lead Generation and Sales: Identify potential clients, pitch products, and close sales, with a focus on lithium batteries and inverters. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing product support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Market Research: Gather market insights and customer feedback to help improve our products and marketing strategies. Report Generation: Document field activities and provide feedback to management to help improve the field marketing process. Requirements: Proven experience in field marketing and sales, preferably in the energy solutions sector. Strong understanding of lithium batteries, inverters, and related products. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Prior experience in energy solutions or related industry is an advantage.
